Before you reserve
Is this a product purchase?
No. It reserves access to a discounted Kickstarter reward. You must complete your pledge on Kickstarter. Reward delivery depends on successful funding and production.
Is the $1 refundable?
Yes. Request a refund at orders@syncflight.com with your reservation order number. We also refund reservations separately when the campaign launches. If the launch is cancelled, reservations will be refunded. Your $1 is not deducted from your Kickstarter pledge.
Who gets the offer?
The first 150 successfully paid reservations across both packages share one allocation. One unit per order; repeated orders are allowed. Both package offers include U.S. shipping. Applicable taxes are additional. Refunding or cancelling a reservation before redemption releases its eligibility.
